
Harvey Knopman’s professional career included managing global investment banking training programs. This encompassed interviewing; hiring; the placement of the participants and continuing education.
Throughout his 45-year career, Mr. Knopman was also directly responsible for preparing over 125,000 employees of investment banking firms and other financial institutions for the next steps in their career paths, including exam preparation. He has conducted programs on five continents and worked with numerous Wall Street firms.
As the Founder and past President of Knopman Marks Financial Training, a leading exam training and development corporation, he achieved a first time pass rate of 95%. He lead the company for 28 years.
Prior to starting his company, he worked at the Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation. There he managed the Global Sales and Trading training programs.
He was also a Partner at Securities Training Corporation.
Mr. Knopman brings a unique and varied perspective to career goals. Having worked with new hires to C-Suite Executives, he was privileged to get to know each candidate on a personal level. This individual approach to success is translated to our coaching efforts.
Mr. Knopman holds a BBA from Baruch College and an MBA from Fordham University.
He has trained as a Coach with the University of Miami Certified Professional Coaching Program.
He has also completed a Career Advancement Course from NYU School of Professional Studies.
